This blog reveals more, than what is contained in the preface of the book, about how I started on the personal journey from being seriously ill to running my first marathon in less than a year. This experience led me to explore the keys and components that peak performers use to be the best they can be.
These experiences are not something I normally talk about, however, they have contributed to making me who I am, and how I am, today!
